2025 — Present
Founded and built a B2B SaaS membership management platform for gyms and dojos. Full stack: Next.js, PostgreSQL, Stripe Connect, deployed on DigitalOcean. Sole product owner, architect, and operator. Currently live with clients.
2023 — Present
Rescued a three-year stalled internal SaaS build. Established the roadmap, agile framework, and backlog from scratch and moved the project into active delivery. Managed an offshore dev team and all stakeholder alignment through beta rollout.

Directed a full cloud migration and infrastructure overhaul for a 90-person organization. Zero-downtime M365 migration, MDM rollout, security hardening that cut incidents 80%, $42K in recurring savings plus $15K one-time through vendor renegotiation.
2020 — 2023
Led the product launch of a new DTC e-commerce channel for a high-end audio manufacturer. Defined the feature set, UX, and go-to-market. 40% revenue growth within the first year. Also built and launched an international dealer portal serving 200+ global distributors.
2022
Recruited on contract to close a seven-year compliance gap in pFMEA documentation. Designed a new framework that was validated and adopted as the corporate standard. Delivered 40+ risk analysis documents and eliminated outstanding audit risk.
2022 — 2025
Co-founded a web development agency. Owned all client-facing operations: contracts, SOWs, scope management, discovery, and delivery. Clients included premium audio brands, e-commerce companies, and a political campaign. Built and operated the full business entity.
2017 — 2020
Founded and operated a live event production company. Executed 50+ events across multiple states. Planned a dual-stage 6,000-person festival at Freehold Raceway Mall with a $300K budget, A-tier talent contracts signed, and corporate sponsorship secured. Shut down by COVID. Force majeure, not execution failure.
2026
Solo-organizing a 100–150 person ten-year high school reunion. Built a custom ticketing site with Stripe integration, ran sponsorship outreach across 25+ local businesses, managing all logistics and communications end to end.

I started at 20 with no title and built the experience anyway.
